The Suites at Torre Lorenzo Malate

We arrived from the airport via a Grab ride (be cautious—local touts may try to convince you the official fare is 2500 PHP, and some signs even suggest that—but it's not true). The hotel is just a 5- to 7-minute walk from Robinsons Mall, and honestly, I’d highly recommend staying in this area of Manila. It’s a tourist-friendly zone with strong security presence and frequent police patrols, so it feels safe and well-maintained. The property itself is a tall modern building, and upon arrival, you’re greeted by two adorable little dogs at the front desk—so sweet! The suite is sleek and recently renovated, featuring a high-quality mattress on a comfortable bed. There’s a compact kitchenette at the entrance with a microwave, fridge, kettle, and toaster—perfect for self-catering. A large bottle of drinking water is provided too. Since we had access to a kitchen, we skipped breakfast altogether, though they offer a separate meal option for around 400 PHP per person if needed. Storage space is limited—no full wardrobe—but there’s a closet rod, bedside table, safe, iron, and ironing board, which covers most essentials. Bathroom amenities are top-notch: high-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and toothbrushes—all provided, so no need to bring your own toiletries. While the room is on a high floor, street noise is noticeable, but the air conditioning helps a lot—especially with outdoor temperatures hitting 36°C. Once the AC is running, it’s not distracting at all. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return.

Bay View

Staying at Bay View was truly a highlight of my trip to Manila. The rooms are spacious and flooded with natural light, instantly making you feel welcome and relaxed. Every detail, from the modern amenities to the sleek finishes, speaks to thoughtfulness and quality. I loved how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood felt—yet everything I needed was just steps away, whether it was dining, shopping, or catching public transit. It’s not just a hotel; it feels like a home away from home. The overall experience exceeded all expectations. If you're looking for comfort, style, and a serene urban retreat, this place is perfect.

Ola Hostel Manila

Absolutely loved our stay at Ola Hostel Manila! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hostel is spotlessly clean and perfectly located right in the heart of our itinerary—super convenient for exploring everything Manila has to offer. We stayed for three nights and four days, and the price was unbeatable for such a great experience. Even better, they offered free breakfast every day—what a treat! On our first night, they even gave us complimentary cocktails around 6–7 PM, which was such a fun surprise (though we were too tired from walking around to enjoy them!). Still, it showed how much care they put into making guests feel special. Truly a hidden gem with fantastic value and warm hospitality.

The Manila Hotel

Staying at The Manila Hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish. This historic property has undergone a thoughtful renovation, and the lobby now feels fresh and elegant without losing its classic charm. The staff were warm and attentive throughout our visit—always ready to help with a smile. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, offering plenty of comfort and a relaxing atmosphere. One highlight was definitely the hotel’s renowned buffet restaurant. With a wide variety of local and international dishes, it’s one of the best in Manila, and as guests, we enjoyed a generous 20% discount—great value! We were also lucky enough to witness a traditional Filipino wedding ceremony held on the premises, which added a special cultural touch to our stay. It was such a beautiful moment, full of joy and heritage. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of history, luxury, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Manila.

The value for money here is outstanding! While the breakfast wasn't particularly delicious, it's still a great deal considering the price. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're looking for comfort without breaking the bank. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to travelers who want a no-frills yet reliable experience.

Winford Resort and Casino Manila

Staying at Winford Resort and Casino Manila was a really positive experience overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—always ready to help with any request, which made our stay much more comfortable. Cleanliness was top-notch; every area we visited felt well-maintained and hygienic. The resort's environment is pleasant, though not overly luxurious, but it’s peaceful and well-kept. Facilities are functional and sufficient for both leisure and business needs, especially the casino area, which was lively and inviting. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown for us as a Chinese traveler—the flavors leaned heavily toward Western-style curries, which didn’t quite hit the mark. Still, other options were decent and varied enough. If you're here on a business trip, the location is excellent—easy access to nearby offices and transport links, making commuting simple. All in all, a solid choice with great value, especially for those looking for comfort, convenience, and a little fun.

Our two-night stay at Rizal Park Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Rizal Park (Luneta), Intramuros, and Fort Santiago, making it super easy to explore Manila’s rich history on foot. The hotel itself felt like a peaceful retreat: clean, well-maintained, and with a relaxing vibe that made us want to linger in the pool area. We especially appreciated how welcoming and attentive the staff were—they went out of their way to make our family visit special. We even celebrated Father’s Day during our trip, and the little touches, like a warm greeting and thoughtful service, made it truly memorable. Whether you're traveling with kids or just looking for a comfortable, authentic stay close to Manila’s highlights, this place hits all the right notes. Highly recommend for anyone wanting charm, convenience, and genuine hospitality.

Hotel H2O

Staying at Hotel H2O was an unforgettable experience. The room design is truly unique—no windows, but the aquarium feature completely steals the show. It’s not just decorative; the fish swim actively even when the lights are off at night, adding a calming, almost magical ambiance without disrupting sleep. I was genuinely impressed by how well it all works together—serene, immersive, and thoughtfully designed. Plus, the hotel’s location is fantastic—just a short walk or quick transit ride from the historic district. Everything you need is nearby, making exploration easy and convenient.
