The stay exceeded all expectations—every aspect was outstanding, and I’ll definitely choose Crowne Plaza again on my next visit to Xi'an. Due to a delayed high-speed train schedule, we arrived at Xi'an North Station right at the stroke of midnight, facing heavy crowds and long waits for taxis—truly tiring after the journey. But as soon as we stepped through the hotel’s revolving doors, everything changed. The subtle ambient scent in the lobby instantly refreshed me, even after feeling slightly queasy from the trip. The doorman’s warm welcome and the front desk staff’s attentive service made us feel instantly at home. The room was spacious with excellent heating, and both the living and bedroom TVs supported screen mirroring. The capsule coffee was rich and delicious, perfect for a relaxing evening. After soaking in the bathtub while watching TV, I headed up to the 5th floor gym—clean facilities, a well-maintained pool, and even a massage tub in the changing area. The lobby area offers free hot towels, tea, coffee, and light pastries, making it a cozy spot to unwind. I especially appreciated the late-night noodle service—delicious and satisfying after a long day. The room itself was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with all amenities well-maintained. I loved the variety of two different flavored coffee pods, and the bathrobe came as a full two-piece set, neatly stored in a protective cover inside the closet—really shows attention to cleanliness and detail. Breakfast was outstanding: abundant, fresh, and delicious. I did laundry during my stay, left a note with a smiley face, and the next morning, my clothes were already perfectly dried and returned—such a nice personal touch! Also, there’s bottled water available at the elevator entrance, which you can take with you—simple but incredibly convenient. Every little thing here feels intentional and guest-focused.
