The staff truly stand out—especially Edwin at the front desk, and Don Pedro and Ana in the restaurant, who go above and beyond with their warm, efficient service. Located just a short walk from the metro, it’s super convenient for getting around Bogotá. The only minor downside is that no complimentary amenities were provided upon arrival, not even a bottle of water—which is something most hotels offer. Everything else was top-notch: clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The bed was heavenly, and the staff were friendly and efficient. While you’ll need to pay extra for extras, the overall experience more than makes up for it. I’d highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning on my next trip to Bogotá.
