This place is poorly managed, and the overall experience was awful. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, not even as a last resort.

The breakfast was outstanding—plenty of delicious choices without any waste. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Staff were attentive and friendly throughout our stay. It’s rare to find such a high level of comfort, convenience, and quality all in one place. Definitely a top pick for anyone visiting LA—I’ll be back!
