Vinhomes Sky Lake - Feria Homes

While it's not always possible to please everyone, I have to say this stay was exceptional. The property boasts excellent facilities, offering both comfort and convenience. Its location is fantastic—right next to a variety of great local restaurants and just steps away from public transit. Getting around the city is super easy, whether you're walking or hopping on the metro. Everything feels well thought out, from the clean, modern rooms to the attentive service. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance between comfort, location, and value. If you’re looking for a hassle-free, enjoyable stay in Hanoi, this place is definitely worth considering.

Vincom Center Dcapitale 119 Tran Duy Hung Cau Giay

I was a bit disappointed to find cockroaches during my stay, but overall, the location and facilities were definitely satisfying. The hotel is perfectly situated in central Hanoi, making it super convenient to explore nearby attractions via public transit. There are plenty of local restaurants and shops just steps away, which added to the authentic experience. The room amenities were functional and clean, and the value for money was excellent. While the pest issue was concerning, the strong points—especially the prime location and well-maintained facilities—make this a solid choice for travelers looking to immerse themselves in the heart of Hanoi.

Shendo Vinhomes Metropolis

The apartment itself is quite nice and located within Vinhomes Metropolis, which means there’s always a mall nearby—perfect for dining and shopping. The neighborhood has a distinctly Japanese vibe that we really enjoyed. However, the main issue lies with the property managers. There’s no clear information provided in advance about which of the three buildings your unit will be in, so you have to call them directly and then wait quite a while before they come to pick you up. While cleaning is done regularly, it’s not scheduled according to guest preferences—there’s little flexibility there. We were interested in extending our stay and asked if we could arrange it through the platform, but were suddenly quoted over 10 million VND more than what we originally paid. When we mentioned this, they tried multiple times to push us out, likely because they didn’t want to pay the platform fee. It all felt very odd and unprofessional. Despite these issues, we still had a good time overall and appreciated the location and atmosphere.

The hotel matched the photos perfectly—exactly what I expected and even better. Stayed for three nights, and it felt like a true getaway with its serene atmosphere and thoughtful design. The location is fantastic; just steps away from a Michelin-rated restaurant, so dining out was effortless and delicious. It’s rare to find such a peaceful retreat in the heart of Hanoi, especially with such a great value. Would absolutely recommend and plan to return.

InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72

The InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72 truly delivers on the luxury experience I expected from a five-star hotel. From the thoughtful ambient scent to the elegant interior design, every detail contributes to a refined and welcoming atmosphere. While there are some construction sites nearby—something inevitable in a city as rapidly developing as Hanoi—the vibrant energy of the area adds character. I was pleasantly surprised to find myself in a Korean-friendly zone with plenty of authentic shops and fellow travelers from South Korea, making it feel like a mini Seoul getaway. The hotel regularly hosts themed events, and during my stay, there was a fun fried chicken and beer night along with a special Korean strawberry tart dessert. Even more exciting? I discovered they had a countdown party that evening—staff were incredibly energetic and engaging, turning it into a memorable highlight. Every employee I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. This level of hospitality is rare and truly worth noting. Definitely coming back.

Fortuna Hotel Hanoi

Staying at Fortuna Hotel Hanoi was an absolute highlight of my trip to Hanoi. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well-located and secure the hotel felt—just a short walk from local metro access and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. What really stood out was the variety of relaxation spaces spread across all floors, from the basement gym to the rooftop lounge. It’s perfect for unwinding after a busy day or catching up with friends. The only minor note is that soundproofing could be slightly improved between rooms, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. Clean, safe, and priced fairly—this place offers excellent value for money. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to any traveler looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of Hanoi.

Sheraton Hanoi West

I stayed at Sheraton Hanoi West during a layover in Hanoi, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. The hotel’s lounge offering a three-hour cocktail hour from 6 to 9 PM was a real highlight—huge variety of food, high quality, and easily one of the best I’ve experienced anywhere. Drinks were self-serve, which made it super relaxed and enjoyable. Breakfast was equally impressive with a wide range of delicious options, though I arrived early and couldn’t try everything—really wish I’d had more time. The first cup of cappuccino was excellent—so rich and smooth I had to order a second. Unfortunately, the second serving wasn’t quite the same, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, this hotel stands out for its comfort, service, and attention to detail. I’d definitely come back without hesitation.

Calidas Landmark72 Royal Residence Hanoi

I always stay here whenever I'm in Hanoi for business trips—it's become my go-to choice. The location is super convenient, just a short metro ride to the city center. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast spread is excellent—fresh fruits, local favorites like pho, and a good variety of options. That said, since it's a residential-style property, the breakfast buffet can get quite busy during peak hours. I'd recommend showing up early to avoid the crowds. Overall, it's a reliable, comfortable option with great value, and I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Hanoi.
