Staying at Grand K Hotel Suites Hanoi was an absolute delight! This month, our clients have been staying here, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best choices in downtown Hanoi. Located right on Tran Phu Street, a major artery in the city center, getting around is incredibly convenient. There’s a supermarket just across the street and another one nearby—perfect for grabbing essentials without having to travel far. The front desk staff are truly outstanding: friendly, professional, and always smiling. The team members are not only efficient but also charming, making check-in and check-out a pleasant experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. With great location, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere, this hotel offers fantastic value. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi—highly satisfied and planning to return.

Lotte The Residence

Staying on the 60th floor was an absolute highlight—the views are breathtaking. Every morning, I could see all the surrounding buildings and the city skyline stretching out in front of me. The room itself was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with a great attention to detail. Having both a washing machine and dryer was such a convenience, especially for longer stays. Daily housekeeping made everything feel fresh and well-maintained. It’s rare to find such a clean, comfortable, and considerate experience—this place truly stands out. Would definitely recommend and return without hesitation.
