The staff member Xiao Xia was incredibly helpful and friendly—her service really stood out. The room was spotlessly clean, and the three single beds were generously wide, making it comfortable for all three of us. One minor downside: there was only one coffee cup, one bath towel, and one toothbrush cup provided, which wasn’t enough for three guests. Also, the window blinds automatically opened at 8 a.m., which slightly disrupted our sleep—adjusting the timing or having manual control would be ideal. The hairdryer worked great, and the air conditioning kept the room pleasantly cool. I’d recommend taking a taxi to the hotel—it’s only about 14 RMB and much more convenient than trying to navigate from Taikoo Hui, where there are no clear signs pointing to the hotel. Getting lost in the mall is easy, so direct transportation saves time and hassle. Overall, this place offers excellent value, comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere—definitely a top choice for travelers.
