We had a wonderful weekend trip to Shanghai with our family of three, mainly visiting the Bund and the Oriental Pearl Tower with our kids. We casually searched for a hotel and ended up staying at this one—what a pleasant surprise! The hotel is very close to Line 14, making it super easy to reach by metro, and the building itself is spacious and well-designed. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. My standard room came with an extra set of toiletries—such a thoughtful touch! I especially want to commend a young staff member named Mr. Sun; his professionalism and warm attitude made our stay even better. Inside, the hotel feels clean, airy, and comfortable, with plenty of room to move around—perfect for families. The value for money is outstanding. If we come back to Shanghai, this will definitely be our first choice again.

The view from the window was stunning, and my kids had an absolute blast exploring the space 🥳 This was my first visit to this property in eight years, having moved cities since last time, and it still managed to exceed expectations 💖 The front desk team—both the guys and girls—were so warm and professional, making us feel right at home 🌷 When we checked out, I casually mentioned how much my child enjoyed the stay, and they immediately handed us a little lion plushie as a sweet keepsake!
