All the essential amenities are available: the laundry room has two washers and two dryers, though during peak times, drying can take about two hours due to high demand—adding another set would be a great upgrade. Overall, the cleanliness, comfort, and thoughtful layout make this a top choice. I’d definitely book here again on my next trip to Hangzhou.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with welcome fruit, and the kids even received a little snack pack. The mini-fridge had complimentary soft drinks available anytime, and staff replenished them daily. Bottled water could be requested at the front desk, and I was pleasantly surprised by the food delivery robot—an innovative touch that added a modern flair. Staff were friendly and attentive, and thanks to the booking platform, we were able to upgrade to early check-in and late checkout without hassle.
