I stayed at Jialili Hotel and parked my car right outside the entrance—unfortunately, the hotel was undergoing renovation during my visit, and workers were removing air conditioning units, which occasionally caused debris to fall. Since I hadn’t registered my vehicle, the front desk couldn’t reach me at first. But then, a staff member named Miss Deng noticed the situation and immediately covered my car with several thick blankets to protect it from falling debris. When I returned and saw my car completely wrapped up, I was shocked—thought they were using my car as a drying rack! 😳 After asking the front desk, I learned the whole story and felt both embarrassed and deeply touched. It’s rare to see such proactive care and genuine concern from hotel staff. Miss Deng went above and beyond without being asked. This kind of thoughtful service makes all the difference. I’ll definitely be back to Jialili Hotel—excellent value, warm hospitality, and attention to detail that truly stands out.
