I stayed on the 25th floor, and the room was huge with excellent natural light. The sunlight streamed in every morning, making the space warm and inviting. The view? Absolutely top-tier—perfect mix of urban sophistication and quiet elegance. The bathtub alone is a dream; so relaxing and spa-like. The gym and dining areas have that refined, high-end vibe with great attention to detail. Breakfast was incredibly diverse and delicious—plenty of options to satisfy any craving. Staff were genuinely kind, patient, and attentive—rare to find such warmth and professionalism. I’m quite particular about cleanliness, so I appreciated it when Ling Auntie went the extra mile to check and refresh my room—super thoughtful and spotless. And the lobby? Full of Christmas charm. The view from the window was stunning, and my kids had an absolute blast exploring the space 🥳 This was my first visit to this property in eight years, having moved cities since last time, and it still managed to exceed expectations 💖 The front desk team—both the guys and girls—were so warm and professional, making us feel right at home 🌷 When we checked out, I casually mentioned how much my child enjoyed the stay, and they immediately handed us a little lion plushie as a sweet keepsake! Special shoutout to the staff at Muzhiqing—they were so friendly and even offered us tea upon arrival. What really stood out was the late-night porridge service—it was such a comforting surprise after a long day. The room itself was spotless, stylishly designed, and the temperature control was just right—no too cold, no too hot. Breakfast options weren’t overly varied, but everything was thoughtfully presented and nicely crafted. One small suggestion: improving soundproofing between rooms would make the experience even better. Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional value with genuine hospitality. I’ll definitely be back.

This Atour S Hotel in Pudong is an absolute gem! The mattress was just right—not too firm, not too soft—perfect for a restful night's sleep. The pillows and blankets were incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains made it easy to catch some serious shut-eye. The shower pressure was strong, and the water temperature stayed consistent—perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. I also loved the complimentary tea and cookies from the mini-fridge; the red tea was refreshing and the cookies were delicious. Upon checkout, we received a thoughtful gift set, but there was one thing that concerned me: the hand cream looked exactly like jelly and was stored right next to the snacks. I accidentally inhaled a little of it while on the taxi ride back—seriously freaked out! Thankfully, after checking online, it seemed harmless, and I felt fine by the end of the day. But if a child had eaten it by mistake, that could be dangerous. Definitely recommend switching to a tube-style hand cream instead of the jelly-like packaging for safety reasons. Despite that small issue, the overall experience was outstanding—great location, excellent service, and amazing value. I’ll definitely be coming back.

It's been two years since my last visit, and the front desk staff actually remembered me—what a wonderful touch! This is hands down my top choice for business trips to Shanghai. The value-for-money is incredible: I stayed in an 80-square-meter room for just a few hundred yuan, and it was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The area is also great—just a short walk from Qin Shi Intangible Cultural Heritage Pavilion, where I tried their fish head and braised pork—both absolutely delicious. A huge thanks to Lucia and Ruita for upgrading my room and providing a complimentary breakfast. It felt so welcoming, like coming home. I’ll definitely be back next time!

The front desk staff, Yan Chu and Kong Qing, were exceptionally friendly and helpful—always smiling and going the extra mile. I especially want to highlight housekeeper Miss Wang Nannan—she’s warm, efficient, and made every corner of our room sparkle. But the real surprise? The view from the window. With no high-rises blocking the skyline, the open view of low-rise buildings filled the room with natural light during the day, creating a bright, uplifting atmosphere. It truly lifted our mood from the moment we woke up. For the price and location, this is one of the best value stays we’ve had in Shanghai.

The room was small but impeccably clean, with modern amenities and a cozy vibe. What truly stood out was the staff—they were warm, helpful, and went above and beyond by giving me a tea set and some tea as a parting gift. It felt personal and thoughtful. This place offers incredible value for money, whether you're here for business or leisure. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai!
