The room was spotless and meticulously cleaned every day; the housekeeping staff were attentive and proactive. What really stood out was the location—right on the banks of the Xiang River. I could enjoy the stunning nighttime light show across both sides of the river from my window—absolutely breathtaking. The service was exceptional too, especially the front desk staff member, Xiao Cao. I accidentally left an item behind, and she reached out immediately to arrange shipping it back to me. Staying at Niccolo Changsha was an absolute highlight of my trip. What truly blew me away was the elevator: it has a cozy sofa inside and takes you straight to the 93rd floor without stopping, making the ride feel like a mini luxury experience. The view from the high floor is unbeatable—overlooking Orange Isle, with a telescope provided for detailed sightseeing. I could even spot nearby famous food streets and popular local spots like Dongmao Street tea stalls and Denglong Street's famous 'Bunna' shop. The hotel’s location is perfect—elegant yet close to real street life, with countless trendy cafés and small shops just outside. Cleanliness was impeccable—no flaws anywhere. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. This place nails the balance between upscale sophistication and authentic local charm. A fantastic stay that exceeded all expectations.

To top it off, I was upgraded to a Deluxe River View King Room, which offered breathtaking views of the river and city skyline.
