The room is around 50 square meters, which feels spacious despite the smaller windows and limited natural ventilation. While soundproofing isn’t perfect, since it’s the last suite at the end of the corridor, I only heard minor sounds when someone walked past the opposite door—otherwise, it was very peaceful, so sleep quality was excellent. One standout feature: the TV has a QR code that links to a mini-program where you can order anything via robot delivery. The food and drink robots arrived promptly—super convenient! Breakfast is on the third floor, and although my booking didn’t include it, the hotel generously gifted two breakfast sets—really appreciated that gesture. There’s also a well-equipped gym and laundry room with four washers and four dryers. Best part? You can check the washer status directly from the TV screen—such a smart touch for managing laundry without waiting. Everything about this experience felt thoughtfully designed. High value, great service, and a truly comfortable stay.

Line 2 takes you straight to Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain, while Line 6 offers direct access to the airport—super convenient for travel. Right across from the hotel is the Hunan Provincial Theatre, and downstairs you’ll find Hua Tian Xiao Lu, a local favorite that delivers delicious food. Special thanks to Manager Xiao Yin for the thoughtful recommendations—I tried Tea Yan Yue Se and explored IFS Guojin Center, making the most of the area’s vibrant vibe. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the space clean and tidy. Staff were warm and proactive—they kindly pointed me to breakfast location and informed me about the complimentary swimming pool and fitness center. Bonus: since it’s not in the heart of the tourist zone, finding a taxi was never an issue. The room itself was well-equipped and very comfortable, especially the down comforter—so cozy and warm. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered fantastic views of the city skyline. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout, and the staff at reception were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Every day, they welcomed us with a fresh fruit platter—a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was served on the 31st floor, with a mostly Chinese-style menu. While the options weren’t extensive, the food was delicious and satisfying, perfect for starting the day right. 跨年夜前夕入住延年城際酒店，整體體驗真的無可挑剔。第一晚抵達時已是凌晨，但一進大堂就感受到溫暖的氛圍，彷彿回到家一樣安心。夜班同事態度專業，面對多個客人同時諮詢也井然有序，輪到我時更細心辦理入住，全程沒有催促或疏漏，這種貼心令人印象深刻。 第二天因要運送鮮花和禮物，我順口問了下有否小推車協助。沒想到前廳部李經理主動協調，幾位同事已在大堂門口等候，整個過程流暢又熱情，連電梯都安排得妥妥當當。特別要讚賞客房部張經理，全程陪同，電梯內還禮貌讓我先入，細節滿分！他對周邊環境和市場情況的了解也超專業，回答問題條理清晰，完全不像一般酒店服務員那樣機械應答。 套房裡的歡迎水果是當季新鮮果品，我半夜肚子餓，吃了一顆梨子，清甜爽口，心情都變好了。隔天陳阿姨主動清潔房間，連馬桶套都準備好，這種細心真係難得。後來發現我愛吃梨，谷阿姨竟然主動送上一份新鮮水果，訊息傳遞迅速，服務到位，令人心頭一暖。 還有那個放在桌上的手機支架，小小一個卻超實用，尤其對經常要開會或追劇的旅客來說，簡直是神來之筆。總體而言，延年城際酒店已經是我近年在長沙最常選擇的落腳點，原因就是它的人文關懷、服務質素與交通方便。真心希望未來能繼續保持這份用心，下次回來，一定再來感受！」},{

Mehood Elegant Hotel Changsha

I stayed at Mehood Elegant Hotel Changsha for six nights and had an excellent experience overall. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—special thanks to Miss Wong (Xiangbo) and Miss Fung (Mengyao) for their consistently warm and attentive service. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the dining staff were friendly and efficient. While some facilities show signs of aging, the room and common areas remained clean and well-maintained. What truly stood out was the genuine hospitality and professionalism of the team—this is what made my stay so memorable. Despite minor wear and tear, the exceptional service earned this hotel a near-perfect score in my book. I’d absolutely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Changsha.

Wanjiali International Hotel

Traveling to Changsha with my kids was always a bit stressful in planning, but choosing Wanjiali International Hotel turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. The highlight wasn’t just the spacious rooms—it was the incredible service from the concierge team at the 273 counter. From the moment we arrived late in the afternoon, overwhelmed with luggage, toys, and snacks, a smiling staff member greeted us warmly. She immediately stepped in to help carry the heaviest bag, making the whole check-in process feel effortless and welcoming. I casually mentioned we were traveling with children while checking in—originally booked a standard twin room, just needing enough space for our family. To my surprise, she proactively upgraded us to a family suite without any request. That small act brought tears to my eyes—so thoughtful, so unexpected. Even better, she personally escorted us up via elevator with a luggage cart, explaining everything along the way: where the kids’ play area was, breakfast hours, and which floor had direct access to the shopping mall—perfect for hassle-free outings with little ones. Once in the room, she even helped organize our belongings, all with genuine kindness and patience. The suite exceeded expectations—huge space, spotless cleanliness, soft bedding, and amazing views. Honestly, I expected this trip to be exhausting, but thanks to her care, we barely had to worry about anything. It’s rare to find such authentic, heartfelt service—no script, no pressure, just warmth and attention. I’m already recommending this hotel to friends with kids. If we come back to Changsha, it’ll be here again.
