I could enjoy the stunning nighttime light show across both sides of the river from my window—absolutely breathtaking. The service was exceptional too, especially the front desk staff member, Xiao Cao. I accidentally left an item behind, and she reached out immediately to arrange shipping it back to me. Grand Hyatt Changsha

Staying at Grand Hyatt Changsha was an absolute delight from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—everything we wanted to see was either a short subway ride away or just a quick walk. We easily reached Yuelu Mountain and Orange Isle by metro, while Du Fu's Pavilion was literally across the street. It only took about 20 minutes to get to East Square, making it perfect for exploring the city without hassle. Around the hotel, there’s no shortage of great food and shopping—two convenient Haidilao locations within walking distance, and even Cha Yan Yue Se was just steps away. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a calm, elegant atmosphere. Every staff member we met was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to Tina Yu Ting from the Guest Services Lounge who made our check-in experience so smooth—she was especially attentive to our elderly family members and our kids, even gifting them little welcome treats. Our riverside room offered stunning views, and the natural light flooded in during the day, making every moment feel special. There’s also a unique collaboration store with the Provincial Museum—my kids loved browsing through the themed souvenirs, which were reasonably priced and perfect as gifts. The pool temperature was ideal for children, and they had a blast playing around. Breakfast was fantastic too—diverse options that catered to all tastes, with a strong focus on healthy eating. Unfortunately, due to our packed itinerary, we didn’t get to try the hotel’s dining venues beyond a lovely afternoon tea and a satisfying evening buffet. Still, the overall experience was outstanding. If we ever return to Changsha, this will be our first choice again.

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect—super convenient for getting around, with easy access to public transit and nearby attractions. Right behind the property is a lively street food alley packed with local flavors, making it a delight for food lovers. It only takes a 3-5 minute walk to reach the front desk, where the concierge staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was well-appointed, offering a stunning view of the Xiang River—ideal for those Instagram-worthy moments. The overall experience was top-notch, and I’d definitely book again. A great blend of comfort, convenience, and charm.

Empark Grand Hotel

The hotel is incredibly clean and quiet, making it a peaceful retreat in the heart of Changsha. I especially want to commend Xinxin at the front desk—her warm, attentive service made a huge difference. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. The location is unbeatable: right next to shopping districts and just steps away from the bustling Sifangping Night Market. Plus, you can take a short cruise on the riverfront at the Delta area—perfect for a relaxing evening stroll or photos. The amenities are top-notch, with a well-maintained pool and a modern fitness center. Cleanliness is impressive—every corner feels spotless. And the bonus? Free late check-out until 2 PM, which gave us extra flexibility to enjoy our trip without rushing. Overall, this is an exceptional value for the quality and convenience. I’d definitely come back.
