The bedside clock looks exactly as it did a decade ago—no signs of wear at all. It’s genuinely surprising and touching to see such consistency. Despite ongoing renovations, service levels remain top-notch, and every staff member I interacted with was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Kudos to the team for keeping the standard so high. Unfortunately, I heard the hotel will be rebranding soon—making this stay feel even more special. The bedding and bath amenities were top-notch, and the hot water was plentiful with consistent temperature—no cold showers here! Breakfast was a highlight: diverse, delicious options that catered to all tastes. Located just steps away from the resort area, and with a free shuttle service to the Ocean Park, convenience was effortless. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. This stay exceeded expectations in every way—great value, exceptional comfort, and unforgettable service. I’ll definitely recommend it to friends and will be back again soon!
