As soon as I walked into the lobby, I spotted a perfect photo spot—ideal for capturing memories—and there's even a small play area for kids, which made the experience enjoyable for the whole family. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful; one of the ladies kindly upgraded my room at no extra cost—a lovely surprise! Breakfast was abundant and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. I especially loved having breakfast by the window, soaking up the sunshine ☀️☀️☀️. Everything about this place felt thoughtfully designed, from the welcoming vibe to the attention to detail. Highly recommend—this is definitely a top pick for future visits.

Changsha Huatian Hotel

This was my first time staying at Changsha Huatian Hotel, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Located right in the heart of the city, it’s just an 8-minute walk to Yuanjialing Metro Station, where both Line 2 and Line 6 are accessible. Line 2 takes you straight to Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain, while Line 6 offers direct access to the airport—super convenient for travel. Right across from the hotel is the Hunan Provincial Theatre, and downstairs you’ll find Hua Tian Xiao Lu, a local favorite that delivers delicious food. Special thanks to Manager Xiao Yin for the thoughtful recommendations—I tried Tea Yan Yue Se and explored IFS Guojin Center, making the most of the area’s vibrant vibe. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the space clean and tidy. Staff were warm and proactive—they kindly pointed me to breakfast location and informed me about the complimentary swimming pool and fitness center. My friends who visited also praised the value and hospitality. Overall, this stay exceeded expectations, and I’m already planning to return. The ambiance is serene and elegant, with tasteful design elements that make the space feel luxurious yet welcoming. What truly stood out was the exceptional service—on my birthday, the team surprised me with a thoughtful room decoration, and I even enjoyed dinner with friends at the hotel’s restaurant. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made the entire experience unforgettable. From check-in to check-out, every staff member went above and beyond. This level of care and professionalism is rare, and it’s clear they truly value guest satisfaction. I’ll definitely be returning.
