Hot water pressure on the 18th floor was strong, and the smart toilet was a real highlight. One small note: the computer setup could use an upgrade—it struggles with newer games, and the projector brightness is a bit low, but these are minor issues that don’t take away from the overall experience. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, addressing any concerns instantly. Great value, great location, and a truly comfortable stay—I’d definitely book again if I return to Hangzhou.
