Staying at Hotel Indigo Hangzhou Uptown was an absolute delight! I highly recommend trying their 【Qianchao Steamed Cuisine · Ten Bowls】dinner for two—authentic Hangzhou flavors that truly showcase local cuisine. The dishes were beautifully presented, clearly crafted with care and attention to detail, just like what you'd expect from a luxury hotel. Our servers were incredibly attentive and friendly, making the whole experience feel personal and warm. The minibar was well-stocked with plenty of options: sparkling water, Cha Time tea drinks, and beer—perfect for a relaxed evening. We also received complimentary lounge drink vouchers from the group, which allowed us to enjoy a simple Americano or green tea in the lobby bar. Fresh welcome fruits upon arrival added a nice touch. The only minor downside was that the pool wasn’t open on Wednesday, but overall, the ambiance is modern, clean, and inviting. Located close to downtown, it’s super convenient for getting around—just a short ride to West Lake and the bustling Hulbin pedestrian street. Excellent service, great value, and a memorable stay. Definitely planning to return.

The design has a unique artistic flair with thoughtful details that make the space feel both modern and inviting. Cleanliness is excellent: the room was spotless, the bathroom fresh, and everything felt well-maintained. Breakfast is plentiful and consistently high-quality—no disappointment there. Among the several hotels in the Binjiang area, Atour stands out as the most comfortable and welcoming. The only thing I’d love to see improved is price stability; while the current rate offers great value, it would be nice if it stayed consistent. Also, a big shoutout to Kangxi—the staff member who went above and beyond with warm, genuine service. Their hospitality truly made the stay memorable.

I was able to check in early and also extended my checkout time without any hassle—staff were proactive whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Their friendly attitude made the whole experience even better. Being on the ground floor is a major plus—super convenient for walking to West Lake, Hefang Street, and nearby attractions. Everything is within easy reach. The value for money is outstanding, and I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Hangzhou. Highly recommend this hotel!
