If you’re traveling with young children and want a safe, family-friendly spot with excellent amenities, a great location, and no sky-high price tag, I can’t recommend this place enough!

My stay at Hotel Muy was a major disappointment. While the location is convenient—close to metro access and downtown—it’s hard to overlook the poor quality of the room. The main issue during my stay was the hot water. For two nights, there was no hot water at all, and on other days, it took a long time to come out—resulting in a significant amount of water being wasted while waiting. There’s even a sign that says, 'Hot water takes time to arrive—thank you for your patience.' It’s frustrating knowing the hotel is aware of this waste but still hasn’t taken action. I’d much prefer if they provided a bucket to collect excess water for flushing toilets instead. That would be a simple, eco-friendly solution.
