Staying at Hotel Louis C. Jacob was an absolute delight! Located right on the Elbe River, the room was spacious and thoughtfully laid out—no cramped feeling at all. Staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and professional—any request was handled promptly and efficiently. Toiletries were available upon request at the front desk, making the process seamless. From the thoughtful design to the impeccable service and the enchanting seasonal ambiance, every detail was perfect. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s an experience. I’ll definitely be back.
