When I mentioned I’d be traveling with a child, she proactively arranged kid-friendly amenities, and the room came equipped with a mini-bar—thoughtful touches that really stood out. As a long-standing five-star property, the service level is consistently excellent. The location is unbeatable—right next to Wulin Night Market, and just a 10-minute walk to West Lake. On days when traffic restrictions made taxis hard to find, walking became the easiest option. Breakfast was generous in both variety and quality. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. After comparing several options on the platform, I chose Landison Longjing Resort for its perfect balance of location, service, and value. Along the winding roads, you’ll see local farmers harvesting and processing tea—so authentic and peaceful. The staff were exceptional from start to finish. Front desk agent Xiao Chen was incredibly attentive—when we asked for a better view room, he personally escorted us upstairs to pick one, even upgraded us without hesitation. When we preferred staying in, he brought extra bottled water for brewing tea. The rooms are spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows framing stunning mountain views. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Even the complimentary Longjing tea in the room was fresh and fragrant. Breakfast was simple but delicious—the eggs were perfectly cooked, and the noodles were so good I ended up eating three portions! I requested a late checkout, and when I left, Xiao Chen again went out of his way—bringing water, helping load luggage, and even waiving the fee for a broken glass.
