This Atour S Hotel in Pudong is an absolute gem! The mattress was just right—not too firm, not too soft—perfect for a restful night's sleep. The pillows and blankets were incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains made it easy to catch some serious shut-eye. The shower pressure was strong, and the water temperature stayed consistent—perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. I also loved the complimentary tea and cookies from the mini-fridge; the red tea was refreshing and the cookies were delicious. Upon checkout, we received a thoughtful gift set, but there was one thing that concerned me: the hand cream looked exactly like jelly and was stored right next to the snacks. I accidentally inhaled a little of it while on the taxi ride back—seriously freaked out! Thankfully, after checking online, it seemed harmless, and I felt fine by the end of the day. But if a child had eaten it by mistake, that could be dangerous. Definitely recommend switching to a tube-style hand cream instead of the jelly-like packaging for safety reasons. Despite that small issue, the overall experience was outstanding—great location, excellent service, and amazing value. I’ll definitely be coming back.

With an impressive mix of Western and Asian options, we enjoyed everything from classic Benedict eggs and fresh croissants to local favorites like Jianbing, beef dumplings, and little wontons. There were even Indian-inspired dishes, plus a wide variety of fruits, desserts, and beverages—all freshly restocked and delicious. It truly catered to every taste. Our room was spacious, bright, and elegantly decorated, with excellent soundproofing and stunning views from the window. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and they offered multiple pillow types to suit different preferences—perfect for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was thoughtfully designed with a separate shower area, premium toiletries, and well-maintained facilities. Location-wise, it's ideally situated near a metro station, just a short walk to Dingxiang International Mall and Century Park—great for shopping or relaxing.
