This e-sports hotel completely exceeded my expectations! The PC setup is top-tier—high-end graphics card and stunning display quality made every game run buttery smooth with zero lag. I was fully immersed in the gaming experience, and it felt amazing. They even offered free snack deliveries, and after checking in, they warmed up my takeout order—such a thoughtful touch. The room was immaculately clean, with fresh linens and no unpleasant odors. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained. What really stood out was the front desk staff—they were incredibly friendly and helpful. When I ordered heavy food, they personally carried it up to my room, which genuinely touched me. For the comfort, quality, and service, this place offers an unbeatable value. I’ll definitely be coming back with friends for some intense gaming sessions. Highly recommended for any e-sports lover!
Staying at Jianfeng Yue E-sports Hotel (Chengdu Zoo Branch) was an absolute highlight of my trip. The room was clean, spacious, and well-designed for gaming—right down to the high-performance PC that ran everything smoothly without any lag. I could fully immerse myself in gameplay with zero interruptions. Location-wise, it's super convenient: easy to find, just a short walk from the subway station, and there are plenty of local eateries right downstairs—perfect for grabbing a late-night snack or quick bite. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe felt welcoming and modern. For gamers or anyone looking for a no-fuss, high-quality stay with excellent connectivity and comfort, this place is a top choice. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to friends.
Overall, I was really satisfied with my stay. The homestay is located on the 2nd floor of a mixed-use building near Ayuanyuan Plaza, and there are tons of delicious local snacks just downstairs—perfect for late-night cravings. Even though it’s on the 2nd floor, the room has excellent soundproofing and windows that keep noise out completely. Best of all, for under $200, you can get a solid e-sports room right at a metro station entrance—great value for money. That said, there are two areas where the host could improve: First, as an e-gaming space, stable internet should be a top priority. I had trouble launching Steam and connecting to online games—without a VPN, many titles wouldn’t even load. When playing *Yujian Wu Jian*, the lag was unbearable during larger player matches, which was frustrating. Second, cleanliness needs more attention. I found a bent hair in the toilet bowl before use—definitely not something you want to see. It’s hard not to wonder where it came from. Still, these are just suggestions for improvement. Given how affordable this place is, the overall experience remains strong. For the price, you can’t expect perfection—but it’s definitely a great option if you’re looking for a budget-friendly gaming stay.
Staying at The Longemont Chengdu was an absolute delight for my family trip! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to East Railway Station, making travel around Chengdu super convenient. The room was spacious and bright, with excellent cleanliness and thoughtful touches throughout. The family-friendly facilities were perfect for our little one, who had a great time exploring the hotel’s kid-friendly spaces. Dining options were abundant and the food tasted fantastic, with attentive service from start to finish. As a solo traveler with a 7-month-old baby, I was truly impressed by the personalized care—I didn’t have to carry luggage through security, as the team kindly arranged delivery to the checkpoint. Special shoutout to Jie Lei, whose warm smile and genuine kindness made a lasting impression. From check-in to checkout, every detail felt cared for. This hotel delivers exceptional value and comfort—definitely recommending it to friends planning a visit to Chengdu!
This stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Chengdu Riverside was absolutely fantastic! The concierge, Xiao Zhu, went above and beyond—so thoughtful and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options, and the hot coffee was perfect to start the day. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a spacious deluxe twin room—clean, quiet, and beautifully appointed. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better: just steps from the metro station, and East City Memory is within walking distance. We spent hours exploring the vibrant streets, trying local snacks, and browsing unique shops. Everything we needed was right at our doorstep. This hotel offers an unbeatable mix of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. I’m already planning my next visit!
Staying at Wangjiang Hotel HongDa VIP Building in Chengdu was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the serene and clean courtyard surrounded by lush greenery—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The room itself was immaculate, with everything neatly arranged and even my clothes folded upon arrival—a thoughtful touch that added to the warm, welcoming vibe. Cleanliness was top-notch, and all amenities were modern and fully functional. What really stood out? The toiletries—they were from L’Occitane, instantly elevating the luxury feel of the stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby. Morning wake-up calls were prompt and courteous. Breakfast was fantastic—wide variety, well-organized stations, and staff even suggested combo meals that made dining enjoyable and stress-free. One of the best features? The hotel’s perfect for morning walks or runs—the two entrances lead directly to scenic green paths. Getting around was effortless too: taxis were readily available right outside, and parking was free and convenient. The service deserves a special mention—especially the front desk staff who greeted us with genuine warmth, chatted with my child, and even handed over a little teddy bear. My kid was beaming all morning! This place isn’t just a hotel—it’s a home away from home with heart, charm, and exceptional value.
From the moment I arrived at Mumian Chengdu, The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, I was greeted with a warmth that instantly made me feel at home. The front desk staff, Bella, truly went above and beyond—her smile was genuine, her service efficient, and her attention to detail remarkable. She helped carry my luggage, guided me through hotel amenities, and even offered personalized recommendations for nearby dining spots. When I casually mentioned wanting a quieter room, she immediately arranged it without hesitation. Throughout my stay, any question or request was met with prompt, professional, and thoughtful responses. It’s clear that every interaction reflects a deep commitment to guest comfort. This level of care doesn’t just elevate a stay—it transforms it into a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be returning to this hotel on my next trip to Chengdu, and a special thank you to Bella for making everything so seamless and welcoming.
Staying at Elegant Azure Hotel was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The building has elevator access control—only guests with their room key can access their floor, which gives you real peace of mind, especially when traveling with kids. I was particularly impressed by the robot delivery service; it brought my takeout right to my door without any hassle. I checked in at 7 PM and was pleasantly surprised that my stay was extended free of charge until 3 PM the next day—perfect timing for a relaxed departure. I dropped off my luggage at the front desk and picked it up later when heading to the station, no rush, no stress. The hotel is literally just a few minutes’ walk from the train station, making travel incredibly convenient. With its great location, smart features, and friendly staff, this place offers excellent value. I’ll definitely be back.
I was a bit nervous about smoke smell in the room, so I specifically asked the front desk for a unit that had been vacant the previous night—perfect choice! The room was immaculate and completely free of any lingering odors. Spacious and thoughtfully designed, it even featured a little balcony where I enjoyed my morning coffee with a view. The breakfast blew me away: warm congee, freshly ground soy milk and coffee, a great selection of fresh fruits, savory stir-fries, steamed dishes, and homemade desserts—all delicious and well-presented. The oversized, cozy sofa was the cherry on top; I just wanted to stay put all day. Great location, friendly staff, and incredible value for money. This is definitely a place I’ll return to next time I’m in Chengdu.
Staying at Vienna International Hotel (West Square of Chengdu East Railway Station) was an absolute delight. The room was immaculate—spotless from top to bottom, with no dust on the floor or surfaces. The bedding felt incredibly soft and comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep without any discomfort. I especially loved the Tmall Genie smart voice control system; adjusting lights, opening curtains, or turning on the AC with just a voice command made everything so effortless. The bathroom features a well-designed wet-dry separation, hot water came instantly, and all toiletries were thoughtfully provided—even the toothbrush was brand new. The location is super convenient, just steps away from the railway station and close to metro access, making it easy to explore Chengdu. It’s a fantastic blend of comfort, tech-savvy convenience, and cleanliness. Definitely a top choice for both business and leisure travelers.
This was our first time visiting Chengdu Zoo with our little one, and staying at this hotel nearby was an absolute game-changer. The location is perfect—after a long day of exploring the zoo, we could just head back to the room without rushing or worrying about transportation. Our kids even had their own slippers and mini toothbrushes waiting in the room—such a thoughtful touch! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, offering to carry our luggage and giving us great tips on the quickest route to the zoo and nearby local eats. Since we were traveling with a child, they proactively assigned us a quiet room and even called later that evening to check if we needed an extra blanket. It’s clear they genuinely care about guest comfort. This stay exceeded all expectations. If you're planning a trip to the Chengdu Zoo, I highly recommend choosing this hotel—it saves so much time, effort, and stress. Already saved it for next time—we’ll definitely be back!
I stayed at Quality Hotel Chengdu (Dongjiao Memory University Branch) and had an excellent experience overall. The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with all the essential amenities in place. I especially appreciated having access to a laundry facility and a fully equipped gym—perfect for travelers who want to stay active without leaving the hotel. Location-wise, it’s incredibly convenient: just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel is also close to a university campus, so the area feels safe and quiet. Breakfast was a highlight—fresh, varied, and delicious. The staff, particularly Xiao Luo, went above and beyond with their friendly and attentive service. They made me feel welcome and helped with everything smoothly. Great value for money, highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
