Public transportation is super convenient, and despite nearby metro construction, there was zero noise disturbance at night. Taxis and rideshares came and went without any hassle. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and peaceful the area remained. For the price, this place offers incredible value—far exceeding expectations. It’s not just a good stay; it’s a memorable one. Staying at Atour Hotel in Chengdu's Kuanzhai Alley was a fantastic experience! The hotel is just a 9-10 minute walk from the famous Kuanzhai Alley, and it’s also conveniently close to Renmin Park. Public transportation is easily accessible, making it super easy to explore the city. What really stood out was the amazing service from the staff—so friendly and patient. They upgraded our room at no extra cost, extended our check-out time, and even offered free luggage storage. It made our trip so much more comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for its great location and exceptional hospitality.

Atour X Hotel Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley Kuixinglou Street

The hotel isn’t brand new, but it’s spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The bedding was incredibly comfortable—perfect for a good night’s sleep. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: right across from a row of great local eateries, and just steps away from a famous hotpot restaurant. We arrived late, but the hotpot place was still open—what a relief! The staff were genuinely friendly; when they found out we were heading to the nearby hotpot spot, they handed us a discount coupon. Super thoughtful. Even at check-out, they gave us a bottle of warm water to take with us on our journey—such a nice little touch. We booked a family room, and wow, the space is generous. Two beds are nicely separated, so no issues with sharing space, especially with kids. The only downside? The window doesn’t offer much of a view, but honestly, who spends time staring out anyway when you’re enjoying the city? The entrance is super convenient for taxis, making getting around Chengdu a breeze. Overall, this place delivers excellent value, comfort, and hospitality—definitely a top pick if you're visiting Kuanzhai Alley.

The hotel is excellent overall, with a convenient location just a short distance from Hongpailou Metro Station. While it's not directly adjacent to the station, walking distance can vary depending on personal preference— I'm not a big fan of long walks, so I found it a bit far, but my parents, who enjoy a good stroll, thought it was perfectly fine. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with friendly staff and great amenities. It’s a solid choice for travelers looking for value without compromising on quality. If you're okay with a 5-10 minute walk from the metro, this place is definitely worth considering. Highly recommend based on my experience.

Absolutely fantastic location—right next to Wuhou Shrine and Jinli Ancient Street, just a short walk from the metro station. The convenience of being steps away from major attractions made our trip so much easier. The room was clean, comfortable, and lived up to Atour’s reputation for quality. Staff were friendly and attentive—plus, they even gave us a little gift when checking out, which was a nice touch. One heads-up: the parking lot shown on Gaode Maps is incorrect. The actual parking is in a small courtyard area, not underground, and there are two entrances just 5 meters apart—easy to miss if you’re not paying attention. Also, I forgot to take photos of the hotel itself, so here are a few shots of the amazing local food we enjoyed nearby!

Chengdu Jinli Hongpailou Subway Station Atour Hotel

The stay was absolutely flawless! The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles and patiently answered all my questions during check-in—plus, they even offered to carry my luggage, which was such a nice touch. The room was beautifully decorated, cozy and elegant, with immaculate bedding that had no strange odors at all. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, with strong water pressure and a satisfying shower experience. Breakfast was an absolute highlight—wide variety of options, fresh ingredients, and delicious flavors. It felt like a real treat each morning. From start to finish, the service, cleanliness, and value for money were outstanding. This place truly exceeds expectations—10/10 and definitely worth returning.

Special mention to Kevin Bai, the front office manager, whose thoughtful service made a real difference. He remembered our preferences and checked in on us throughout the stay, which felt incredibly personal. The lobby lounge is elegant and relaxing, perfect for unwinding with a drink or just enjoying the ambiance. The beds were heavenly—luxuriously comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. We celebrated New Year’s Eve here, and the whole atmosphere was magical. The hotel’s location is great, easily accessible by metro, and the overall luxury combined with such genuine hospitality makes this a top-tier choice. I’d return in a heartbeat.

Homeland Hotel

The lobby is beautifully designed with a serene, traditional Chinese aesthetic—especially the restaurant area with its little bridge and flowing water feature. It truly captures the tranquil vibe of Jiangnan. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with clean linens and thoughtful touches throughout. Right outside the door is the metro station, making travel around Chengdu incredibly convenient. The swimming pool is kept immaculate—crystal clear water and always well-sanitized. I’d definitely stay here again on my next business trip. Excellent location, great service, and fantastic value. Highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and work travelers.
