It felt like being welcomed into a home rather than just checking into a hotel. One of the highlights? The robot delivery service—it brought my meals straight to my door without any hassle. Plus, the location is fantastic: close to major attractions and easily accessible by metro. Even though the amenities aren’t brand new, the overall vibe, cleanliness, and exceptional service make this place a standout. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Later in the evening, I had a small issue upon returning to the hotel, and reaching out for help was the best decision.
