The breakfast buffet was exceptional—huge variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious options from both Korean and international cuisines. I especially loved the made-to-order omelets and warm artisan bread. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay, always going the extra mile. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Everything you’d expect from a luxury hotel: top-notch amenities, smart TV, premium bedding, and excellent soundproofing. It’s clear this hotel cares about guest comfort and experience. For instance, after buying snacks from the convenience store near the entrance around 9:30 PM, the shuttle driver kindly offered to deliver them straight to our room—something we hadn’t known about since it wasn’t mentioned at reception. That small gesture made a big difference. And don’t miss the hotel’s ground-floor bakery—it’s widely regarded as Seoul’s top French pastry shop. The pastries are rich, delicate, and absolutely worth a visit. Despite minor initial impressions, the attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout the stay make this hotel stand out. Location-wise, it’s perfect: just a 5-7 minute walk to the subway station, and walking out from exit 1 or 2 means you’re immediately in front of a convenience store—great for snacks or last-minute needs. The hotel is excellent overall—great location, super convenient for getting around Seoul, and the staff are very friendly. My only confusion was that I booked a two-night stay, but I had to check out on the second day and couldn’t recheck in until after 6 PM. That timing restriction felt a bit odd and wasn’t clearly explained upfront. Still, the team handled it well, and even though I had to move my luggage, it didn’t ruin the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and the value for money was strong. Definitely would stay here again.
