It’s also convenient for visiting Wenshu Monastery and getting to Lumaishi Metro Station without much hassle. We mostly relied on Didi for transportation during our trip, which was both affordable and efficient. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and had no unpleasant odors—very comfortable overall. One small suggestion: the bathroom floor is quite cold and slippery; adding non-slip slippers would make it even better. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful—they answered all my questions promptly and even offered to hold packages for us. Their warm hospitality really made the stay memorable. Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast, and she went above and beyond to help with any request—always with a genuine smile. Her attention to detail and kindness made the experience feel personal and welcoming. The housekeeping staff, Auntie Hu Su Rong, also left a lasting impression. Every day, the room was cleaned meticulously—no corner overlooked—and her care showed in how everything was neatly arranged, even small items that had been misplaced. The room itself is fantastic: spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with a private balcony, kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, and even a washing machine. It felt like staying in a home away from home. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom featured effective dry/wet separation, water pressure was strong, and hot water came instantly. The air conditioning ran quietly, and the soundproofing kept the room peaceful—even with city sounds outside. Everything was well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and refined. For such a high-quality stay with exceptional hospitality, this place truly exceeds expectations. I’ll definitely be booking here again next time I visit Chengdu. Highly recommended!

Holiday Inn Express Chengdu Wuhou

We arrived late last night and realized we'd ended up at the wrong location—we'd originally booked the Holiday Inn Express in San Sheng Xiang, but Google Maps led us straight to this one in Wuhou District. Thankfully, contacting the platform right away resulted in a no-questions-asked free cancellation. That was a huge relief. Then I must say, the Wuhou branch itself is excellent—clean, well-maintained, and staff are genuinely welcoming. Special shoutout to Amy during check-out; she was warm, efficient, and made our departure smooth. And bonus: the street-side dan dan noodles just outside the hotel? Absolutely delicious—spicy, savory, and totally worth a stop. If you're in the area, don’t miss it. This place is a hidden gem with great value and top-notch service.

I wasn’t feeling my best when I checked in, but the front desk staff immediately noticed and offered a warm cup of ginger tea—such a thoughtful gesture that really touched me. The newly added laundry facility is a big plus, clean, well-maintained, and super convenient for longer stays. When checking out, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free parking voucher—small things, but they show how much care goes into the guest experience. The location is excellent too, just a short walk from Zhaojuesi South Road Metro Station, making it easy to explore Chengdu Zoo and nearby attractions. Overall, this hotel delivers on comfort, service, and value. It’s clear they go the extra mile, and I’ll definitely be back.

My stay at Chengdu Jinniu EVEN Hotels was absolutely outstanding—10 out of 10 without a doubt! I especially want to highlight the amazing service from front desk staff Xiao Huang and Xiao Zhang. Check-in was quick, smooth, and professional, and they even proactively shared details about the laundry service and breakfast hours—such a thoughtful touch. Later in the evening, I had a small issue upon returning to the hotel, and reaching out for help was the best decision. They responded instantly with genuine care and enthusiasm, never once showing frustration. Their dedication made the entire trip feel more relaxed and enjoyable. The hotel itself is quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located near public transit. It’s clear that guest comfort is a top priority here. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chengdu.

Chengdu Tianfu Plaza Haoiar Hotel

This was my first stay at Chengdu Tianfu Plaza Haoiar Hotel, and it completely changed my perception of the city for the better. I was especially impressed by the cinema-themed room — the design is unique and stylish, exactly my kind of vibe. After checking several options, I chose this hotel mainly because of its unbeatable location: the metro entrance is right at the building’s doorstep, making it super easy to reach places like People's Park and the local museum. Breakfast was outstanding — abundant, fresh, and included handmade wontons and authentic bean curd pudding. The bathroom was well-maintained with perfect water temperature and strong shower pressure. But honestly, what stood out most was the bed — incredibly comfortable, with plush pillows that made for a restful night’s sleep. I actually considered buying the same set! Plus, the room had zero unpleasant odors upon entry — just clean, fresh air. Overall, an exceptional experience with great value and attention to detail. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Chengdu.
