While the hotel isn’t flashy or luxurious, the cleanliness and daily housekeeping made a big difference. Every room felt fresh, tidy, and welcoming throughout my four-night stay. Located just steps away from Qingniwa Bridge Metro Station and Dalian Shopping Mall, getting around the city was effortless. Security is also a big plus: access to each floor is restricted to room key holders only, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. Inside the room, the heating worked perfectly—cozy warmth even on chilly nights—and hot water was never an issue. The double-glazed windows kept outside noise out, making for a quiet and restful sleep. The large TV was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Bathrooms were spotless, modern, and fully equipped with high-quality amenities. Everything felt clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. What stood out most was the location: just a short walk from the metro station, so getting around downtown Dalian is super convenient. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and local spots to explore right outside the door. One minor downside is the room’s sound insulation—some noise from neighboring rooms can be heard, especially during quiet hours—but that’s something hard to fix quickly, so it’s manageable. All things considered, the hotel offers excellent value for money, great convenience, and a pleasant stay. I’d definitely recommend it to travelers looking for a central, hassle-free base in Dalian.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient—check-in was lightning-fast, and they even gave us great local recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. When we returned late at night, the lobby attendant kindly helped carry our bags, which made such a warm impression. We stayed for three nights, and every day, housekeeping came by promptly to tidy up and replenish towels and laundry items without any hassle. It’s clear this team truly cares about guest comfort. I’ll definitely book here again on my next trip to Dalian—and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Hampton by Hilton Dalian Zhongshan

This was my first trip to Dalian, and I initially stayed at a nearby luxury hotel, but the room temperature was only around 22°C—way too cold for the weather here. After two uncomfortable nights, I found a vacancy at Hampton by Hilton Dalian Zhongshan and quickly switched over. Before check-in, I mentioned to front desk staff Xiao Song that I really needed a warmer room. She promptly checked the building’s temperature data and upgraded me to a higher floor—perfect move! The actual room temperature hit over 26°C, making it so much more comfortable. The room was spotless, fresh-smelling, and very quiet. What truly blew me away was the surprise farewell gift from Xiao Yang and Xiao Xu when I checked out—they noticed it was our birthday and gave us thoughtful little presents. That kind of personal touch is rare and deeply appreciated. I’m already planning to return in March and will absolutely stay here again. Excellent value, warm service, and a memorable experience—highly recommend this hotel!
