Upon check-in, I received two delicious yogurts—so good I couldn’t stop praising them! And in the evening, they even brought a cozy bedtime milk—such a thoughtful touch. The hotel’s interior design is luxurious and modern, and the large fish tank by the elevator entrance is pure eye candy—colorful little fish swimming around, it’s oddly calming to just sit and watch. Every detail made this experience feel special. It’s not just convenient, it’s genuinely memorable. I’ll be back, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The staff went above and beyond; especially the front desk agent, Xiao Bai, who checked me in swiftly and with a genuine smile. He even took time to recommend local favorites nearby, showing real hospitality. From start to finish, the service was attentive, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. This hotel truly delivers on comfort, convenience, and value. I’ll definitely be returning next time I visit Urumqi.

Front desk agent Xiao He was incredibly friendly, smiling throughout check-in, which went by in a flash. She also took time to guide us to the laundry and fitness facilities. What truly surprised me was the excellent soundproofing; as someone who sleeps lightly, I'm always worried about noise from hallways or neighboring rooms disrupting my rest. But during our three-night stay, once the door and windows were closed, it felt completely silent—perfect for deep, uninterrupted sleep. Woke up refreshed every morning, ready to tackle the day ahead. The location is fantastic too—just a 3-minute walk to a convenience store and shopping plaza, so grabbing essentials or a caffeine fix is super easy. There's also a small local district nearby where I enjoyed evening strolls and sampling authentic local snacks after work. Everything’s within reach, making this trip both relaxing and convenient.
