UNA Hotels Vittoria Firenze

Staying at UNA Hotels Vittoria Firenze was an absolute delight. The location is perfect—right across from a sushi restaurant, and just a short walk away (under 200 meters) is a fantastic Chinese eatery with delicious food at great prices. It’s only a 30-minute stroll to the Duomo, making it easy to explore the heart of Florence on foot. Plus, there’s a bus stop nearby, so getting around the city is super convenient. I loved how safe and quiet the area felt, yet still close to everything. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a comfortable, centrally located base in Florence, this is definitely a top choice.

Hotel Atlantic Palace

The staff at Hotel Atlantic Palace were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. My room was spotless and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable—within walking distance of restaurants, shops, public transit, and major landmarks in Florence. The only downside was ongoing construction outside the hotel, with scaffolding blocking part of my window view and narrowing the sidewalk a bit. However, this minor inconvenience didn’t take away from the overall excellent experience. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence—it’s a perfect blend of convenience, cleanliness, and warm hospitality.

Hotel Raffaello

Staying at Hotel Raffaello in Florence was an absolute delight. The room was spacious, bright, and warmly decorated—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Located just steps from the city center, it’s incredibly convenient for getting to major attractions like the Duomo and Uffizi Gallery. Public transport is within walking distance, and there are countless restaurants and cafes nearby—great for dinner or a morning espresso. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and attentive service. Everything was spotlessly clean, especially the bathroom, which felt fresh and well-maintained. It’s rare to find such comfort, convenience, and hospitality all in one place. I’d definitely book again—this hotel truly makes your Florence trip unforgettable.

Domus Florentiae Hotel

Staying at Domus Florentiae Hotel was an absolute highlight of my trip to Florence. The room was spacious and immaculately clean—right from the moment I walked in, I felt at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request—friendly without being overbearing. Breakfast was a real treat: a generous spread with fresh pastries, local Italian specialties, hot coffee, and juice. It made starting the day so much more enjoyable. Best of all, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the train station and within easy reach of the Duomo and other major sights. Whether you're exploring on foot or hopping on public transit, everything is super convenient. This hotel truly offered exceptional value and service. Without a doubt, it was the best stay I’ve had during my entire trip—and I’ll definitely be returning.

Hotel Embassy

The hotel is a bit older, but overall it's very clean and well-maintained. The room was spotless and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. It's perfectly located—just a short walk to the city center and close to public transit, making exploring Florence easy. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Despite its vintage charm, the value for money stands out compared to other options in the area. A solid choice for travelers looking for a quiet, clean base in Florence.

Best Western Plus CHC Florence

The hotel offers a fantastic stay despite not being located right in the heart of Florence. Public transportation is very convenient—buses, metro, and light rail are just steps away, making it easy to reach the city center without hassle. The room was spacious enough and impeccably clean, contributing to a comfortable experience. There's a restaurant on-site, which is great for late arrivals—it’s a pizza-only spot, so keep that in mind if you're looking for diverse dining options. That said, if you’re unfamiliar with navigating Italy’s transit system, you might want to plan ahead. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel for travelers who appreciate convenience and cleanliness.

Borghese Palace Art Hotel

Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel is perfectly located just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore Florence's charming streets and iconic landmarks. The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with elegant art-inspired decor that added a unique touch. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help—going above and beyond to make my visit special. From personalized recommendations to seamless check-in, every detail felt thoughtfully curated. It’s clear this place values guest experience. I’d highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Florence. A truly memorable stay!

Accademia Studio

The location was definitely the only highlight—great for getting around Florence, but everything else fell short. The elevator is there, but completely non-functional; you have to climb two flights of stairs just to reach your room. That’s a major inconvenience, especially with luggage. The air conditioning only works in the hallway—not at all in the rooms—so it's basically useless for cooling down. The apartment feels like it's stuck in the 1970s: outdated layout, cramped spaces, and even a mattress tucked behind the living room door as a makeshift bedroom. Not exactly luxurious. There’s no shower gel provided—just shampoo—and absolutely no bath mat. If you leave your slippers outside the shower, they’ll soak up water overnight. It’s frustratingly basic. The one redeeming factor? Breakfast. It was authentically Italian—fresh fruit, good yogurt, and a nice touch of local flavor. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, which made the stay slightly more bearable. But overall, the experience didn’t justify the price. I’d strongly recommend choosing another accommodation if you’re visiting Florence.

Il Malaspina

Staying at Il Malaspina in Florence was an absolute delight from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed with elegant decor and every little detail thought through—cleanliness, comfort, and attention to service are all top-notch. Located in a prime spot, it’s just a short walk from major attractions and perfect for exploring the city on foot. The breakfast was outstanding—huge variety, fresh ingredients, delicious pastries, local Italian sausages, and freshly squeezed juice. I couldn’t have asked for more. Staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. It felt like being treated like family. I genuinely can’t recommend this place enough. If I’m ever back in Florence, this will be my first choice—truly exceptional.

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze

This is truly one of the most beautiful Four Seasons properties in the world, and it lives up to every expectation—not just in terms of location and ambiance, but also in service quality. Even though I only had time for a single night stay due to my schedule, the room was immaculately designed with genuine attention to detail—every element felt intentional and full of charm. The space was generously sized, warm, and inviting, making me feel like I was at home in the heart of Florence. The hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant, ll Palagio, delivered an unforgettable dining experience. Their Italian cuisine is layered, thoughtful, and innovative—some of the best Italian food I’ve ever tasted. A must-try for any food lover. And don’t even get me started on the private garden—it’s vast, serene, and breathtakingly beautiful. I could have easily spent the entire day just relaxing there without wanting to leave. If I ever return to Florence, I’ll definitely extend my stay just to soak in the luxury and tranquility of this place.

The Excelsior, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Florence

This was hands down the best hotel of my entire European trip. Staying in a room with a private balcony was an absolute highlight—the view of the Arno River from the terrace every morning was pure magic. I started each day by walking along the riverbank, passing through Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, and ending at Piazzale Michelangelo for panoramic views of the city. Florence truly lives up to its reputation as a cultural gem, and this hotel sits right in the heart of it all. The location is perfect—walkable to major sights and just steps away from transit. Breakfast was exceptional: fresh, abundant, and thoughtfully curated with local flavors. Everything felt special, from the elegant ambiance to the attentive service. If you're looking for a memorable stay that blends comfort, convenience, and authentic charm, this place delivers on every level.

The St. Regis Florence

St. Regis Florence is housed in a stunning historic building with an elegant, old-money vibe—every corner feels like a masterpiece, adorned with intricate frescoes and antique furnishings. The Arno River view from my premium room was absolutely worth the price, offering a perfect sightline to the iconic Ponte Vecchio. While the service from my butler was somewhat average (and unfortunately no kids' bathrobes or slippers were provided), the overall experience still shines. I especially loved the morning room service—delivered in a charming little basket, the bread rolls were crisp, fresh, and delicious. It’s rare to find such a blend of heritage charm and luxury at this level, and despite minor oversights, the ambiance, location, and attention to detail make it a truly memorable stay. If you’re looking for a refined, timeless Italian escape, this hotel delivers on every front.
