The room was spacious compared to other B&Bs we've stayed at in the city, and having air conditioning made a huge difference during our visit—Florence was blazing hot! Elevators made carrying luggage effortless, which was a lifesaver. Breakfast was exceptional—plenty of sweet and savory options, multiple juice choices, and a wide selection of coffee drinks including cappuccinos and lattes. The staff, especially Christina and her sister, were warm, welcoming, and always smiling. They even surprised me with a bottle of prosecco in our room for my birthday—a thoughtful and unforgettable touch. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.
