They immediately helped us contact the delivery service, resolved the issue, and even explained that since our hotel shares the same address as a nearby apartment complex, delivery mix-ups happen occasionally. They advised us to be extra clear when placing orders in the future. The only minor downside was that the room only had two chairs, so one person couldn’t sit comfortably during meals. But considering the excellent location, clean rooms, and friendly service, this was a small trade-off. We’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.

When booking, double-check your reservation details—ask the front desk upon check-in if you’ve received your discount voucher from Oliver Young. Don’t miss out on nearby local gems either: a short stroll leads to a popular spot called Bonkai Restaurant, famous for its authentic Korean pork soup rice. And just a 15-minute walk away, there’s an amazing grilled meat restaurant that delivers rich flavor and great value. The paid breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options. While the room didn’t come with bottled water, there’s a self-service water station right by the main elevator on the first floor. On the second floor, you’ll find laundry and drying facilities, plus a drinking fountain and microwave for quick meals. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: directly across from a 24-hour supermarket, with a GS25 convenience store just around the corner. All around, there are tons of great restaurants — from Korean BBQ to casual izakayas — and it’s only a 2-minute walk to Lotte Hotel. Staying at Central Seven Hotel by Kwon in Busan was a fantastic experience overall. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from Budaek Station on Line 1, either exiting through Exit 1 and crossing the street or coming up from Exit 9 of Budaek Underground Shopping Mall. The front desk is located on the 17th floor, and while only the 1st and 17th floors don’t require access cards, all other floors are secured with card entry, which adds a nice layer of safety. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request. On-site, you’ll find a GS25 convenience store and a Starbucks, plus the lively Budaek Market just steps away. It’s also close to Seomyeon, making dining and shopping super easy. Housekeeping came daily, and everything was spotless—the bathroom had a great hairdryer, and they even provided shampoo and body wash, so no need to pack extras. My only personal note: the room has carpeted flooring, which I’m not a fan of, but that’s just a matter of preference. Otherwise, the space felt spacious, well-lit, and included a full-length mirror—a nice touch for travelers. Overall, this is a top-tier choice for a comfortable, safe, and well-located stay in Busan.

Right downstairs is a 24-hour Emart24, and they even have Wowpass, which made grabbing snacks or essentials super easy. The only thing I didn’t use was the washing machine—didn’t bring laundry detergent, and it wasn’t mentioned in the instructions, so I assume you’d need to bring your own. Still, that’s a tiny detail in an otherwise excellent stay. Great location, smart amenities, and fantastic value. Definitely coming back!
