Maple Leaf Village Hot Spring Resort

The entire resort feels spacious and well-designed. I booked a deluxe queen room but requested a change to a twin bed setup—staff handled it instantly and without any hassle. The room itself is generously sized, clean, and comfortable. We came as a family, and the hot spring pools were a huge highlight—perfect for unwinding together. It’s such a relaxing getaway ideal for families. Honestly, we wish we had more time to stay longer; if not for the tight schedule, I’d definitely book another night just to soak in the peaceful vibe.

Every staff member we met was incredibly professional, warm, and attentive, making our experience feel personal and special. What made it unforgettable was timing our visit perfectly with the winter Christmas festivities—the decorations, lighting, and seasonal touches were beautifully done, bringing joy to our whole family. The kids were especially thrilled. This stay wasn’t just comfortable—it was magical. If I ever come back to Harbin, there’s no doubt I’ll book here again. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a unique, authentic, and heartwarming hotel experience.
