Since guests order food and provide their room number, it’s clearly expected that the delivery person can drop it off at the door. Especially during colder weather, having to go downstairs in the morning—without access to the elevator without a key card—is not only inconvenient but also frustrating when family members are waiting inside the room with no power. A simple add-on like this would greatly enhance guest experience and make the stay even more comfortable.
