When I mentioned that my large Labubu birthday cake wouldn’t fit in the room fridge, Manager Jack at the front desk immediately offered a solution—he had a larger staff-only fridge available to store the cake safely until after dinner. He personally ensured it was stored properly, which showed real care and attention to detail. The breakfast buffet was impressive—fresh, diverse, and delicious. I also extended my check-out time, and receptionist Xiao Min handled everything smoothly with a warm smile and even handed me a little gift. Every touch felt personal and thoughtful. From start to finish, the experience exceeded expectations. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen.

The late-night porridge with side dishes was such a comforting highlight after a long day on the go; it truly felt like coming home. Breakfast was a real treat—varied options each morning, no repeats in two days, and even my picky-eating foreign husband couldn’t stop praising it (he insisted I include this in the review!). Getting here by ride-hailing from Huanggang Port takes just about 20 minutes—super convenient with no transfers needed. If you’re coming via train, take Line 1 from Luohu to Zhuzilin Station, then it’s a pleasant 14-minute walk through greenery-lined streets, which makes the journey relaxing rather than stressful. For shopping, KK One is only 9 minutes away by car, while Yitian Holiday Plaza is just 7 minutes—right across from Window of the World, so you can easily combine a shopping trip with sightseeing. Major attractions are also close: Window of the World in 7 minutes, Happy Valley in 10 minutes, and Shenzhen Safari Park just 30 minutes away—perfect for family trips. The staff were outstanding—the front desk team handled check-in swiftly, under 10 minutes, and even with multiple requests during our family visit, housekeeping responded instantly every time. Cleanliness was top-notch; the room was spotless, as expected from a repeat guest. What really stood out? The hotel sits right next to Garden Expo Park, surrounded by lush trees and quiet pathways. It’s incredibly peaceful—no city noise, just birds chirping at night. Perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Overall, excellent value, great location, and warm hospitality make this a must-visit when in Shenzhen.
