Hot water in the bathroom worked perfectly, and the air conditioning kept things comfortable all night. Room cleanliness was excellent—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. One little highlight: the floor lighting makes moving around at night easy and safe. The only minor downside is that the hairdryer area and sink lights are a bit dim, which made makeup application slightly tricky. I stayed in a spacious two-bedroom suite (combined into one room), totaling 90 square meters, which was great for coworkers who needed privacy. The room was quiet despite being near the street, thanks to excellent double-glazed windows that blocked out traffic noise completely. While some furnishings looked slightly dated, everything else was in good condition—clean, functional, and well-maintained. The bathroom, air conditioning, and hot water worked perfectly. Overall, this place offers fantastic value for money and a very pleasant stay. I’ll definitely be back next time I visit Shenzhen.
