A true sanctuary of peace and nature! We spent three wonderful weeks in Rio de Janeiro with our family, and were warmly welcomed by Mauricio and Stuart at Casa Verde. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, offering breathtaking views—morning ocean vistas and afternoon glimpses into the lush forest. Breakfast was delicious and the travel tips and guided tours they shared were incredibly helpful in planning our trip. We had an absolutely incredible weekend at Casa Caminho do Corcovado—truly a gem in Rio! The bedding and towels were high-quality and fresh-smelling, adding to the comfort. Breakfast was outstanding: fresh fruits, warm bread, cheeses, eggs, cakes, and more—all made with care and served with a smile. It felt like being welcomed into a home rather than staying at a hotel. Huge thanks to Helena and Diogo for such warm hospitality—they made us feel right at home. This place truly stands out, and I can't wait to come back.
