While soundproofing isn’t perfect, since it’s the last suite at the end of the corridor, I only heard minor sounds when someone walked past the opposite door—otherwise, it was very peaceful, so sleep quality was excellent. One standout feature: the TV has a QR code that links to a mini-program where you can order anything via robot delivery. The food and drink robots arrived promptly—super convenient! Breakfast is on the third floor, and although my booking didn’t include it, the hotel generously gifted two breakfast sets—really appreciated that gesture. There’s also a well-equipped gym and laundry room with four washers and four dryers. Best part? Special thanks to Manager Xiao Yin for the thoughtful recommendations—I tried Tea Yan Yue Se and explored IFS Guojin Center, making the most of the area’s vibrant vibe. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the space clean and tidy. Staff were warm and proactive—they kindly pointed me to breakfast location and informed me about the complimentary swimming pool and fitness center. Stayed at this hotel during the New Year period and was truly impressed by the overall experience. The room was immaculately clean, well-organized, and featured a large floor-to-ceiling window that let in plenty of natural light—perfect for morning views. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, with strong and consistent heating, making it cozy even on chilly winter days. What stood out most was the exceptional service from front desk staff, especially Xiao Yu—she was incredibly warm and helpful. When we needed to extend our checkout time due to last-minute plans, she accommodated us without hesitation, which made a big difference. The location is also convenient, just a short subway ride from downtown. With its comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding hospitality, this place offers excellent value. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Changsha.

My trip to Changsha was unforgettable—I ended up extending my stay by two extra days because I simply didn’t want to leave! While many historical sites have been lost over time, the Xiang River still carries an undeniable sense of legacy, truly living up to its reputation as the cradle of great figures. The spirit of revolutionaries from the past left a deep impression on me. But what really stood out? The street food just outside the hotel—so fresh, affordable, and delicious. I grabbed a few takeout boxes and devoured them in no time. Definitely need to bring back more next time—this place is a hidden gem with incredible value!
