He upgraded my room for free upon check-in, and when I mentioned wanting to try the sauna, he not only confirmed we had a private steam room but went the extra mile to arrange it just for me. Turns out the facility is usually only opened when there are guests booking in, so having it reserved exclusively for me was a real surprise—and a wonderful touch. The staff went above and beyond with their attention to detail and warm hospitality. Breakfast at the 49th-floor restaurant was an absolute highlight: panoramic views of Dianchi Lake, fresh and diverse menu options, and delicious flavors. Every moment felt special.
