We traveled all the way from Shanghai, staying at several hotels along the way, but this one truly stands out as the absolute favorite. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always smiling and going the extra mile. Even my picky daughter couldn’t stop saying how much she loved it! On our second night, my daughter wasn’t feeling well, and the front desk team stepped in immediately—helping us get medicine, warm porridge, and even carrying our luggage without being asked. Their kindness truly made a tough situation more manageable. Though we had to cut our trip short due to health concerns, it didn’t take away from how amazing this hotel was. If we ever come back to Kunming, there’s no other place I’d consider staying—this is definitely where we’ll be returning.
