Even the housekeeping team showed genuine care throughout our stay. One standout moment was seeing Mr. Liu personally leading training sessions or meetings at the parking area; it’s clear his team is well-trained and genuinely passionate about hospitality. And of course, the famous Baiyun Pork Trotters lived up to their reputation—we ordered them multiple times! The peaceful atmosphere, attentive staff, and authentic local flavors made this trip unforgettable. The expansive sight instantly lifted our spirits. We’d specifically booked W Guangzhou for this trip because it coincided with the Guangzhou Marathon, and honestly, it exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable—right next to Guangdong Museum, Guangzhou Library, and Huacheng Square, with both the marathon start/finish line and packet pickup just a short walk away. The hotel’s design is bold and futuristic, with a vibrant, energetic atmosphere in the lobby that’s perfect for those who love modern urban style. Rooms are sleek, well-equipped, and feature top-quality bedding—super comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Dinner at the buffet was impressive: wide variety, fresh ingredients, and consistently high quality. But what truly stood out was the service—especially Clinton at reception. He greeted us with a warm smile, handled check-in smoothly, upgraded our room without hesitation, packed breakfast for us to take to the marathon, and even extended our checkout time when we returned late after the race. That kind of thoughtful hospitality made all the difference. This stay was unforgettable—not just for the luxury or location, but for the genuine care shown by the team. We stayed at LN Garden Hotel Guangzhou during the New Year holiday, choosing this long-established five-star hotel for its reputation and family appeal—my parents especially loved it. This year marks the hotel’s 40th anniversary, and the rich history, elegant ambiance, and exceptional service made our visit truly memorable. The location is incredibly convenient—right next to a metro station, which was great even if we didn’t use it daily. The garden area is peaceful and well-maintained, but what really stood out was the complimentary guided tour. At 2 PM, we were led by Mandy, a top-tier guide, who gave a detailed and engaging walkthrough of the facilities, including the fourth-floor museum. My mom was absolutely delighted—it was such a thoughtful addition, and I sincerely hope the hotel keeps this program alive. Service quality was outstanding throughout: warm welcome at check-in, dedicated staff operating elevators on every floor, and even personnel on duty at the lobby after midnight. On my birthday, they surprised us with a beautifully decorated room, a delicious cake (which was seriously one of the best I’ve ever had!), and Zoe personally helped carry my luggage up to the room. When there was a minor air-con issue, they responded immediately—even though it turned out not to be faulty, they still proactively opened the window for fresh air. That kind of care goes beyond expectations. Breakfast options were excellent too: three different venues across the ground floor, the 30th-floor revolving restaurant, and the Yuan Tao Hall. We stayed three nights and managed to try all three. Plus, the platform voucher included afternoon tea and happy hour—such an amazing value-add. Overall, this stay was everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommended.
