Staying at this hotel was a total delight! The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with all the modern amenities you’d expect. What really stood out was the unbeatable location—right next to the metro station and bus stop, making it super easy to get around Guangzhou. I especially loved the breakfast spread: fresh, delicious, and diverse. The shrimp wonton noodles were my favorite—rich broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and generous portions. The staff went above and beyond by upgrading my room without hesitation, and they even offered a late check-out until 2 PM, which was perfect for my travel plans. Even arriving late at night? No problem—they had me covered. A truly exceptional stay from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Guangzhou!

We stayed at Guangzhou Tianhe Sports Center Mercure Hotel with our family during our trip to Guangzhou, and it was an absolutely perfect choice. The hotel is beautifully located just a short walk from the subway station, making downtown exploration super convenient. Our room was thoughtfully laid out, spacious, and exceptionally quiet—great for a good night's sleep. I was especially impressed by the full-home smart controls; adjusting lights, temperature, and even window settings was seamless and futuristic. A huge thank you to Kiki at reception—she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She even offered complimentary breakfast without us asking! This level of personalized service truly made our stay memorable. If we ever return to Guangzhou, this will be our first pick again. Outstanding value and a top-tier experience.
Yuwa Hotel（Guangzhou East Railway Station）
I started with a 3-night stay and absolutely loved it—so much so that I extended for another 9 nights, making it a total of 12 amazing days at the hotel. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout my entire stay. The front desk team was especially friendly and helpful, always with a smile. I’d like to give a special shout-out to cleaning staff member Ms. Liu—she’s incredibly proactive, polite, and made every interaction feel personal and uplifting. It’s clear that everyone here genuinely cares about guest experience. Plus, the daily complimentary coffee vouchers, fresh fruit, and Yili Doh (a popular Japanese drink) were such a thoughtful touch and added real value to the stay. For the quality, location, and service, this place is unbeatable. I’ll definitely be back next time I visit Guangzhou. Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable and comfortable stay!

My room was thoughtfully arranged—everything from the furniture to the bedding felt high-quality and well-placed. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and I slept so soundly throughout the night. The staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive—from check-in to checkout. They went above and beyond, adjusting room temperature based on my preference and even providing special amenities without being asked. It’s clear they care about guest comfort. Plus, the value for money is outstanding. For the location, service, and overall experience, this is definitely one of the best stays I’ve had in Guangzhou. I’ll be coming back again without hesitation.
