We recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Guangzhou City Centre with our family during a trip to Guangzhou, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! We booked four rooms for two nights, accommodating eight adults and two infants. The hotel kindly upgraded two of our rooms, which made a big difference in comfort and space—truly appreciated. Located right in the heart of the city, the hotel offers convenient access to everything we wanted to explore. Plus, having on-site parking was a huge plus since we were traveling by car. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. Two team members immediately stepped forward to help carry baby strollers—such a thoughtful gesture that made our journey much smoother with little ones in tow. Special thanks to Yumi, who handled all our pre-arrival requests with care and professionalism. She patiently coordinated our room preferences and special notes, and her warm, attentive service made us feel truly valued throughout our stay. The hotel is very family-friendly: free cribs were provided, and there’s a small but well-equipped kids’ play area on the 8th floor. Our two young children had a blast playing there, giving us a chance to relax and enjoy some quiet time. It’s not massive, but perfect for little ones to burn off energy. Overall, the level of service, cleanliness, location, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. If we ever return to Guangzhou, this will be our first choice without hesitation.

Staying at Ascott IFC Guangzhou was an excellent experience from start to finish. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, giving a real sense of comfort and relaxation. The staff are genuinely friendly and attentive—always ready to help with a smile. Location is unbeatable: just steps away from major shopping areas and public transit, making it easy to explore the city. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities like actual usable shavers and toothpaste—small touches that make a big difference. The swimming pool is functional at 21 meters, though a 25-meter length would be ideal for serious swimmers. The gym is compact but well-equipped with everything you’d need for a solid workout. And the views? Absolutely spectacular—especially from the higher floors, where you can take in panoramic cityscapes. Honestly, there’s very little to complain about. This place has it all: comfort, convenience, and quality. I’ll definitely be returning next time and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guangzhou.
Fraser Suites Guangzhou
Staying at Fraser Suites Guangzhou was an absolute delight—especially with my family. The staff went above and beyond, noticing we were traveling with kids and kindly offering a room upgrade without any extra charge. Located right next to a metro station and directly connected to Wanlinghui Mall, getting around and shopping was incredibly convenient. Security is top-notch, and the on-site facilities are impressive—there’s a sauna, a massage chair, and even a swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and packed with thoughtful touches: laundry and drying machines, microwave, fridge, and a smart TV with great sound. Everything you need for a comfortable family stay—all in one place. This isn’t just a hotel; it’s a home away from home. I’d definitely recommend it to other families looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.
