The room itself is stylish and Instagram-worthy, with a fantastic projector that makes movie nights absolutely enjoyable. Everything is brand new and smartly equipped, from the modern fixtures to the super-fast Wi-Fi that never lags. Cleanliness is top-notch, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Special shoutout to our host Xiao Jiang—so friendly and helpful! They even offered free luggage storage, which made our trip much more convenient. Getting to attractions like Zhongshan Mausoleum and Xuanwu Lake is a breeze thanks to excellent transport links nearby. Dining at Jiangnan Zao was a highlight: the ingredients were fresh and top-notch. The pickled turnip with preserved vegetables was surprisingly delicious, the fish head incredibly fresh, and the sweet-and-sour ribs? Absolutely unforgettable. My friend devoured the stir-fried beef in no time—proof it was a hit! Bonus: guests staying at the hotel can enjoy complimentary room service from Jiangnan Zao—even if you’re not on the waitlist. Plus, the Christmas decorations were beautifully done, adding a magical touch to the entire stay. Honestly, I’m already planning my next visit—Shangri-La truly wins my heart every time.

Even better, the hotel included complimentary tickets to the nearby Six Dynasties Museum—a thoughtful touch that made exploring the city even more enjoyable. The location is excellent—central, walkable to major attractions, and just a short metro ride from everything. My stay was incredibly comfortable and relaxing.
