Stayed at MEHOOD LESTIE Hotel during New Year's trip and booked a room with a round bed—perfect size for a family of three, very comfortable. I’d recommend asking the front desk specifically for a room with floor-to-ceiling windows since some of the bay windows tend to let in drafts, making it chilly at night. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short walk from shopping malls and only about 10 minutes by taxi to West Lake. That said, the breakfast area is quite small and gets packed early; we couldn’t find a seat even though we arrived around 8 AM. Food options were average too—nothing special. We ended up eating outside instead, which turned out to be a better choice. Despite that, the overall experience was great. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good value for money. Definitely worth considering for a family visit to Hangzhou.

Staying at Hangzhou Xiangji. Yinyu Canal Bieyuan was an absolute delight. The staff went above and beyond—especially the manager, who was professional, warm, and genuinely welcoming. As a family with kids, we found the location perfect: just steps away from a lively shopping area, the serene Xiangji Temple, and several quiet vegetarian restaurants for a peaceful meal. Being so close to the subway station made getting around the city effortless. The overall experience was outstanding, and the price was surprisingly affordable for such a high-quality stay. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort, convenience, and charm like this. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Hangzhou.

Hangzhou Overseas Chinese Hotel

I stayed here for a work trip and chose this lakeside hotel based on its reputation as a well-established brand. Even though it was my first time visiting, I was thoroughly impressed—clean, tidy, and thoughtfully maintained throughout. The room was spacious and refreshing, and I appreciated the complimentary 4 bottles of water. Location-wise, it's incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the West Lake Music Fountain, with plenty of dining, shopping, and sightseeing options nearby. Parking is available too, which made the stay stress-free. Everything from service to surroundings felt polished and welcoming. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and convenience in Hangzhou.
