The room type is excellent and I genuinely loved every part of my stay 😏 Located just about 2 kilometers from West Lake, it's a pleasant walk with scenic views along the way. It’s also only a 700-meter stroll to Wulinmen Metro Station, making public transportation super convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and staff are friendly and attentive. Great location, great value, and an overall fantastic experience—I’d definitely come back without hesitation.

Stayed for two nights in a spacious king-size room with breakfast included—excellent value and top-tier comfort. The room was bright, airy, and generously sized, featuring a standout round bathtub complete with disposable bath salts and sachets—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The rooftop restaurant on floor 15 offered a well-rounded breakfast spread: porridge, noodles, dumplings, fresh bread, fruits, and small side dishes—all satisfyingly varied. Upon arrival, we were greeted with welcome fruit, and the kids even received a little snack pack. The mini-fridge had complimentary soft drinks available anytime, and staff replenished them daily. Bottled water could be requested at the front desk, and I was pleasantly surprised by the food delivery robot—an innovative touch that added a modern flair. Staff were friendly and attentive, and thanks to the booking platform, we were able to upgrade to early check-in and late checkout without hassle. Located just a 10-minute walk from Datieguan Metro Station, the hotel is also steps away from a convenience store—ideal for last-minute needs.
