Galaxy Minyoun Chengdu Hotel

I was thoroughly impressed with Galaxy Minyoun Chengdu Hotel! The location is unbeatable—everything I needed was within walking distance, and the nearby metro station made getting around the city a breeze. Taxis were also readily available. Special shoutout to Manager Xiao Li and front desk staff Xiaowei—they were incredibly friendly and always greeted us with warm smiles. Our room was on a high floor, offering quiet surroundings, excellent cleanliness, and a wonderfully comfortable bed with just the right firmness. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed. I’ll definitely be choosing this hotel again on my next visit to Chengdu. Highly recommend!

Everything was well-maintained: clean, spacious, with a bathtub and all essential amenities neatly arranged. I was impressed by the robot delivery for takeout orders—such a cool touch! Staff were attentive and friendly, especially Diana and Xiao Zhang, who personally brought fresh fruit and even offered welcome tea upon arrival. There was also complimentary mineral water available at the elevator area—a small but thoughtful detail. Every aspect of the stay felt premium and well thought out. This is one of those hotels where you can truly feel cared for. Highly recommend it—10/10, would definitely return.

Chengdu Tianfu Plaza Haoiar Hotel

This was my first stay at Chengdu Tianfu Plaza Haoiar Hotel, and it completely changed my perception of the city for the better. I was especially impressed by the cinema-themed room — the design is unique and stylish, exactly my kind of vibe. After checking several options, I chose this hotel mainly because of its unbeatable location: the metro entrance is right at the building’s doorstep, making it super easy to reach places like People's Park and the local museum. Breakfast was outstanding — abundant, fresh, and included handmade wontons and authentic bean curd pudding. The bathroom was well-maintained with perfect water temperature and strong shower pressure. But honestly, what stood out most was the bed — incredibly comfortable, with plush pillows that made for a restful night’s sleep. I actually considered buying the same set! Plus, the room had zero unpleasant odors upon entry — just clean, fresh air. Overall, an exceptional experience with great value and attention to detail. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Chengdu.

The hallway just outside the door is stunning, with traditional Sichuan embroidery cushions paired beautifully with Ming-style furniture, instantly creating a timeless, immersive atmosphere. Staff were exceptional—front desk team members Xiao Fu and Qin Qin were warm, attentive, and professional, and the restaurant staff were equally friendly and helpful. Every interaction felt personal and genuine. This place offers such a special blend of elegance, comfort, and cultural charm. I’d definitely come back to this hotel on my next trip to Chengdu.

Breakfast offerings were solid, though the pastries leaned on the sweeter side, and the freshly squeezed juice wasn’t prepared in front of guests—leading me to wonder if it was truly fresh or pre-made (it did show slight separation). I also missed seeing small wontons on the menu, but these minor points don’t overshadow the bigger picture. The ambiance, service, and attention to detail are top-notch.
