Furama Shanshui Hotel

The entire experience was exceptional—from the elegant ambiance to the attentive service. The hotel boasts a private parking lot with free parking for guests, which is a huge plus for those arriving by car. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with stunning views of Yellow Crane Tower. Three rooms were thoughtfully arranged on the same floor by staff member Shan Shan, making it easy for our group to look after each other. Elva, who greeted us, was incredibly warm and considerate—when I ran into her in the lobby one evening, she even offered a refreshing honey water to help with a hangover! She also recommended the afternoon tea service featuring homemade pastries, fresh fruit platters, and beverages—such a delightful touch. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from Yellow Crane Tower and Yangtze River Bridge, perfect for sightseeing without wasting time on transit. The room itself was well-furnished, modern, and clean, making for a very pleasant stay. Later on, our itinerary changed and we needed to adjust our booking. The reservation team responded quickly, communicated proactively, and even asked if we needed any additional assistance. Their professionalism and warm service truly stood out.
