Millennium Hotel Chengdu

Staying at Millennium Hotel Chengdu (South Station Branch) was a great experience overall. The room I booked was a scenic view room with plenty of space, and the view across the street to Xianshentree Park was absolutely stunning—perfect for morning light or evening city views. However, the windows were completely non-operable, which made ventilation an issue. I understand safety concerns due to the high floor level, but allowing a small opening would be much more practical than having no airflow at all. The staff were excellent—especially the concierge who helped me collect my package, saving me a lot of time. For food delivery, unfortunately, you have to go downstairs yourself to pick it up; a robot delivery service would be a nice upgrade. The laundry room only has one dryer, which became a major bottleneck during peak holiday periods—adding another unit would make a big difference. On the hygiene side, there’s room for improvement: no trash bags in any of the bins, making them uncomfortable to use, and there were stubborn stains on the bathroom floor that weren’t visible until I moved the carpet accidentally. Despite these minor issues, the hotel met my expectations. Great location, good value, and I’d definitely choose this place again when visiting Chengdu.

The location couldn’t be better: just 20 meters from the subway station, making travel around Chengdu super easy. A short taxi ride to the airport (about 30 minutes) was affordable, and attractions like Du Fu’s Thatched Cottage were just a few hundred meters away. Right outside the hotel, you’ve got shopping options including Starbucks, a great Sichuan restaurant, luxury brands like Rolex, and more—great taste, great convenience. This trip to Chengdu was unforgettable, and the Renhe Spring Hotel made it even better. Even with a 4:30 AM flight, they happily granted us a late check-out until 2 PM—such a relief! I’ll definitely be back.

Guanyin Yiyuntai Hotel Chengdu

From check-in to check-out, every moment of my stay was absolutely perfect. The room was spotlessly clean with no unpleasant odors—just a fresh, inviting atmosphere. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. The front desk staff, Rora and Amy, were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful—always smiling and going the extra mile. Breakfast was a highlight: an impressive variety of both Western and Chinese options, all made with fresh ingredients and excellent taste. I couldn’t decide what to try first—it felt like a feast! The hotel is perfectly located just steps from shopping districts and major attractions, and public transportation is super convenient. The overall ambiance is serene and elegant, with a high-end lobby design that sets the tone for a peaceful, luxurious stay. It’s clear this place cares about guest experience at every level. A truly memorable stay—I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chengdu.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic and highly recommended! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the subway station, right in the heart of Chengdu. Whether you're heading to Kuanzhai Alley, Taikoo Li, or People's Park, everything is super accessible by metro. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. I was waiting in the lobby when a staff member noticed I might be cold and kindly handed me a cute panda-shaped heating pad—such a thoughtful touch that completely exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find such genuine care in a hotel. I’ll definitely book here again on my next trip to Chengdu. A perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and heartfelt hospitality.
