The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from Kunming Railway Station, making travel to and from the city effortless. Plus, Wanda Plaza is right next door, so dining, shopping, and entertainment are all within easy reach. My kids absolutely loved the room size and had a great time exploring the area. With its perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and value, this hotel exceeded our expectations. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Kunming.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and polite, speaking softly and making me feel welcome throughout my stay. While the location near a bustling night market means it can get a bit noisy at night (especially during New Year’s Eve), it didn’t interfere with sleep—just enough ambiance to add character to the experience. One highlight? The nearby dessert shop’s lava cheese cake—it’s absolutely delicious, warm, rich, and worth a special trip. If you’re staying here, don’t miss it. It’s been a while since my last stay here, and I’m genuinely impressed! Every corner of the hotel, from the lobby to the room, is well-maintained and feels fresh—almost like it just opened. Kunming Guandu Fontoo Hotel

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. As soon as I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly—especially Bianyu, who went above and beyond by offering tea, complimentary drinks, and upgrading my room without hesitation. Check-in was quick and smooth, and her friendly attitude made a great first impression. In the evening, I was pleasantly surprised with a warm glass of milk—a small but thoughtful touch that added real charm to the experience. The room itself was modern and well-equipped, featuring a voice assistant and a robot delivery service—such a fun and convenient feature! The mattress is from Muzhi, and honestly, it’s one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right next to the train station and metro, just steps away from Wanda City, and super close to Nancheng Street and Kunming Old Town. Everything was spotless, with excellent cleanliness throughout. For the price, the value is outstanding. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kunming.
